A FEW WORDS ABOUT RECORD RETENTION & CHASSIS NUMBERS....

It is our goal to develop and maintain a complete record of all existing Rolls-Royce and Bentley Motors, Inc. listed by chassis number and engine number, and inclusive of a history of ownership. Should your motorcar change hands please remember to contact Club HQ so that we might make the appropriate adjustment in our records.

Listing of the chassis number is essential. You will find a special plate on the firewall of your motorcar mounted either on the engine side or behind the dashboard. The engine number is often found on the crankcase casing, water pump, or stamped low on the engine block itself. Do not trust the chassis number that may appear on the motorcar’s registration or bill of sale as it is often in error.
